We envision a healthy, empowered, and resilient society where every community member has the opportunity to meet their basic needs, live with dignity, and contribute positively to their community.

Mission

 Our mission is to bring sustainable and meaningful change to   underserved communities, with a special focus on health, education,  and  social empowerment, by identifying opportunities and providing  resources for holistic development.

Goal / Purpose

 To reduce inequality and improve community well-being by increasing  access to health, education, and social services, while fostering integrated development for long-term impact.

Objectives

 Over the next five years, Sahayatri Nepal will focus on:

• -Enhancing the well-being of target communities by fulfilling their basic needs.

• -Developing and strengthening human resources professionally.

• -Increasing access to quality healthcare, including oral health services, in   underserved communities.

• -Advocating for policies that promote community health and development at local and national levels.

• -Serving as a resource organization for health, education, and social   initiatives.

• -Ensuring long-term sustainability of the organization and its programs.

Strategic Framework

1. Partnerships
 We will build strong partnerships with organizations that share our values, both locally and internationally, to achieve our objectives. Local partners will help strengthen community capacities, share knowledge, and improve program implementation.

2. Capacity Building
 We will strengthen our organizational structure and human resources through training, exposure, and development programs. This includes raising awareness on health and development issues, training local staff and volunteers, and supporting community-led management of programs.

3. Research & Documentation
 We will conduct research and document our programs to continuously improve our work, share learning, and inform future initiatives in health, education, and social empowerment.

4. Advocacy & Networking
 We will advocate for community needs and facilitate networking at local, national, and international levels. By sharing experiences and best practices, we aim to strengthen collective efforts for sustainable community development.

5. Holistic Development & Program Expansion
 We will adopt integrated development approaches, focusing on health while addressing other social needs. Our goal is to expand programs geographically and thematically, applying lessons learned to maximize impact and foster harmonious, empowered communities.
